Being just 10 – 15 minutes from Cairns CBD enjoy the convenience of being close to Cairns but relish the tranquillity and peaceful setting that Villa Marine is famous for.

Just 50 metres to the beautiful Yorkeys Knob Beach utilise free family facilities.  Brand new exercise equipment, BBQs and two children’s’ playgrounds are set along the along the Esplanade which provides for a family friendly environment.

We also operate Yorkeys Knob Tourist Information Centre that adjoins Villa Marine, with lots of information on family activities, tours for families as well as all other Cairns tours, which we can book for you prior to arrival or whilst here including the Great Barrier Reef, Rainforest etc.  We specialise in family tickets that make tours and activities far more affordable.  Just ask our friendly staff.

Not all reef locations and tour activities are the same,  utilise our extensive knowledge and local experience to make the most of your family vacation.

Interested in Aboriginal, PNG & Torres Strait art, throughout the resort we display Indigenous art. Like to met with local people and enjoy a unique cultural experience?  Book a private cooking or traditional basketmaking & weaving classes or select a day tour from our extensive selection of cultural & indigenous tours. Book a private basket & traditional weaving class with Sila on your patio. Cost $45 a session. Please advise in advance.
