TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms are applicable by Villa Marine Holiday Apartments and its clients and apply to all reservations, bookings and agreements for accommodation.
1. Check-in and Check-out time.
Check-in 2.00pm. Check-out 10.00am. (Earlier check-in is possible, but must be arranged & confirmed by prior arrangement. Late checkouts may be arranged by prior arrangement and can incur additional fees. Call us; international + (61) 7 4055 7158) or within Australia 07 40557158
The Client agrees to pay charges to Villa Marine Holiday Apartments in the event of cancellation of the Services or if the Client and/or their guests fail to take up the services at the time and on the day specified in the Agreements.
2.1 All guests must register on arrival and provide identification. To confirm booking at any time, credit card details must be provided at the time of booking unless prior arrangement has been made for an alternative method of deposit payment.
2.2 On Vacating, the premises must be left clean and tidy, dishes washed. A cleaning fee will be charged if additional cleaning is required.
2.3 We do not cover your personal belongings under our insurance& thus do not take any responsibility for loss or damage of personal belongings in or on the property. Travel insurance is recommended.
2.4 Lost keys or remotes will be charged to the guest.
2.5 The Client is responsible for the behaviour of his, her or its guests at Villa Marine Holiday Apartments and in particular for the orderly conduct of guests attending any function or staying in Villa Marine Holiday Apartments or otherwise making use of the services. The client must ensure that no noise or nuisance is caused either for Villa Marine Holiday Apartments or its other guests and Clients. The Client must comply with any reasonable request of Villa Marine Holiday Apartments and with any policies of Villa Marine Holiday Apartments as may apply to the Services from time to time. Failure to do so can result in cancellation of the accommodation without any refunds.
2.6 Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments of Villa Marine Holiday Apartments. (Minimum charge of $250 applies if you smoke inside your apartment this cost will be deducted from card details supplied in the first instance or via alternative form of payment as selected by Villa Marine. Outside smoking areas are provided.
2.7 The Number of guest is as stated on the booking form that the guest filled in or advised reservations at time of booking, any additional persons are an extra cost, the amount specified on the web site per person per night . Management reserves the right to either allow the additional persons in the apartment you have booked or charge for another apartment/s or to recommend alternative accommodation for your guests.
3. Cancellation Policy
For room reservations made using the advanced purchase (deposit) will be taken at the time of booking.
3.1 Administration Fee of $50 AUST is charged for all cancellations.
3.2 All cancellations must be notified in writing to address; (Villa Marine Holiday Apartments. 8 Rutherford Street, Yorkeys Knob Beach. Cairns, Queensland. Australia) or by received e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) (email is by the date received by our server)
3.3 Cancellations 21days or less forfeit deposit. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of any cancellation. Travel insurance is recommended.
3.4 Cancellations 5 to 7 days are charged 25% of booking total plus deposit, (if not already charged) 2 to 5 days cancellations are charged 50% of booking plus deposit (if not already charged)
48 hours or less, or no show 100% of booking total.
On day of arrival in the event of a “no show”, 100% full payment to be taken.
3.5 No refunds are given once the guest has arrived.
3.6 More than 1 unit (apartment) booked and for school holiday periods we require minimum 28 days’ notice of cancellation. For Special events there is no refund of accommodation deposit.
All guests are deemed to have agreed with these terms and conditions at the moment of booking at Villa Marine.
