Ground Floor accommodation Cairns is often requested for guests at Villa Marine Holiday Apartments. All our Cairns beaches accommodation are self contained and are ground floor accommodation. There is nobody staying above you as we are not high rise. There is just one level here. Step out from your unit straight on to the lawn. The ground floor apartments are wonderful for older persons or if you have leg problems or carrying lots of luggage.

Our ground floor units are almost level with the ground outside, there is just one step up to the units patios.

Our ground floor Cairns accommodation is close to the beach and is not high rise, there are no stairs or lifts.

The Apartments are easily accessible, specially handy when coming with luggage. Our accommodation is also elderly-friendly as it is easy accessible and our friendly staff are here to assist.

Our guests mention that our ground floor accommodation is much cooler than first floor and second floor accommodation. They also like that there is nobody above them thus is quiet here. Ground floor accommodation is also good is there was an emergency as it is an easy exit straight out to the large green lawns.

There is a range of accommodation sizes to suit all requirements and budgets. We have a range of ground floor studios, 1 bedroom villas, family units and 2 bedroom apartments. All are fully self contained and ground floor. Even with all of the floods over the last 2 years our ground floor accommodation was high and dry and not affected by the floods in fact many flood affected local persons chose our safe, ground floor accommodation.
